Seagulls are falling

It is reported, that during the past few days, most of the seaguls of the bay area have dropped dead on the streets of our belowed city causing increasing health problem – the rats are now roaming our streets making the everyday life more complicated than usual. The High Council has denounced a Special Declaration, ”the Rat War”. Every citizen, excluding the guild members and nobles, must kill at least 10 rats per day if possible . The High Council will pay one penny for each set of 40 rat tails. Payments may be received from the City Hall. Prepare for queueing.

No weapons are allowed around the City Hall. The Guard is observing the area and the punishment is instantenous if any disorder will happen. The punishment is death without trial.

Also every citizen must make sure, that all the carcasses of the dead birds are removed from their parts of the streets and thrown in to the Reik. It is strictly prohibited to burn the carcasses – the smoke will darken the sky and reduce the daylight time meant for business, work and worship.

All the Inn's of the Marienburg are under special monitoring – It is strictly prohibited to use the dead seaguls for food. If there will be any infractions, the punishment will be swift and permanent – Death.

Most of the temples of the bay area are open for the sinners for remediation and the priests are also offering healing services for special price trough the state of emergency.

There are no official reason found yet for this strange phenomenon.

Restless nights in the docks

It is said that a company of adventurers from the Bretonnia have eliminated the most infamous and important black lotus ring of the Marienburg. There are rumours, that the drug business were a part of a sinister cult of cannibalism – Chaos business, we may say. It seems, that the company of heroes have already left the city heading to the city of Nuln. It is also said, that the leaders of this adventuring group were the unknown knight Sir Jacén de Caradué and his brave comrade, honourable, brave, just and clever trader from the Brethen of the lighthouse, Redemund de Molay. We wish them good luck for their journeys.

Halfling lynched!

Angry mob has thrown the infamous halfling, Alfred Palecake, from the cliff down to the Reik. He used to be a regular customer at the inn of the Hog and Sow. Barely nobody is missing this irritating creep. Bad time for halflings – good time for paying customers.
